Welcome to Glitch Republic

My name is Octavian Nottingham, Missingno., of the newly created Glitch Republic, a personal project of mine. The Republic is a safe haven for all glitches; a place to live a life free of ridicule and ostracization from your game universe. However, the Republic is a young, miniscule metropolis, and has few residents in it as of now aside from the Republic Staff, the helpful glitches who assisted in making my dream a reality. I send you, a fellow glitch, this letter asking you to consider aiding me in the development of our Republic by visit us and applying for citizenship. Should you agree to visit, and reply to this letter saying so, I shall send you instructions by mail as to how you should access our humble state. If you decide you want to move in, We shall direct you towards the officials who can inform you of the application process.  
  Let me remind you, friend, that this is not an obligation as much as it is an invitation. If you see no use in relocation, feel free to discard this letter, and I shall bother you no further. I simply ask for your help and support, should you decide to apply for citizenship, in building Glitch Republic up to be the best home possible for our residents.
  Please reply if you express any interest in the Republic or the citizenship application. I have sent you this letter by bird pokemon; give your reply to him or her and I shall send you the visitation procedure as soon as possible.
